5 steps to know everything about Drime technology

With Drime, we are reinventing video to expand its potential. We offer the first digital platform that is responsive, interactive, multilingual and above all ethical.

Digital and therefore ultra connected

At Drime, we believe that digital is a powerful tool to bring organizations and brands closer to their audiences. That's why we thought of an inclusive technology, which works on all devices, all browsers, and can be embedded anywhere: website, mobile applications. And thanks to the QR Code, the Drime digital experience is ultra accessible from any medium, be it paper, display or even directly on a product.

The responsive video platform

Making video responsive was for us the prerequisite for making video consumption as convenient on a computer as on a smartphone or tablet. A video that automatically adapts to all screens, this requires rethinking the video and first of all no longer directly integrating the video animations, skins, subtitles, in order to add them directly when reading the video regarding the size available on the screen. Beyond filming know-how, it is also a new composite approach to video that we are offering, and this in a completely transparent way for the end user.

Interact with the video

Have you ever wanted to control the speed of a video, especially when trying to follow a tutorial, a cooking recipe, a craft, a maintenance process? It's to make this experience much smoother that we offer a step-by-step mode, in which the video is split into steps and automatically stops at each step to give you time to complete the tasks. And because your hands aren't always available when you're in action, we've even implemented voice commands to let you navigate through the video with even more comfort.

A multilingual video to speak to all your audiences

Editing a video in several languages is a painful task today, first because you have to redo all the texts for each version, but also record the voices and therefore accumulate lots of work. In addition, it is not a very economical process because each version is a new independent medium, which requires a lot of storage capacity. At Drime, we have developed a technology that we have called Linguistic Overlay. The idea is very simple: remove all linguistic elements from the video, textual and vocal, to add them when reading, adapting them directly to the user's language.

Add to all this a sense of ethics

It seemed to us that the classic tracking tools used by video platforms and social networks were incompatible with the values of support and carefulness carried by Drime. Thus, we are working to set up smart indicators, which fully respect the anonymity and privacy of our users, while providing essential information to broadcasters. This is the prerequisite for building a relationship of trust between an organization, a brand, and its audiences or employees. Thus, at Drime, you are in a protected area and can enjoy all our content without fear for the integrity of your data.

How Sefmat uses Drime for its product manuals

The Sefmat group is the technical flame specialist. Their products are sold worldwide through a network of distributors. The challenge for them was therefore to find a way to have a direct relationship with their end users to support them in the handling and maintenance of their products wherever they are in the world.

Thanks to Drime, Sefmat was able to produce video versions of all of its product manuals in order to create this supportive link with their users in the field. Thanks to Drime's multilingual technology, these instructions are already available in 4 languages, and new language versions are underway to cover their entire market.

These video manuals are also very good tools for discovering the group's products on their website and are used as support for salespeople in the field. They are even integrated directly on some some resellers website, which improves products attractivity.

Sefmat has also decided to use Drime technology to directly train its operators on its assembly lines. The step by step mode offered by Drime is ideal for learning gestures while doing them.

Discover in this video the testimony of Julien Marigot, manager of the Sefmat group.

You can also discover the videos made for the Sefmat group by following the links to the Ripagreen manual and the Ripack 3000 manual.
